Affiliation with TTV

HSRUCTTC has taken steps to affiliate with TTV.  We would expect this to be finalised this month (August 2017).  Our status as a social club with only inter club competition continues however, some of our members who also play pennant will be able to do so in compliance with TTV bylaws.
